Objective: To observe the morphologic changes of pituitary adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) cells in Wistar rats at different altitudes, and clarify the mechanism of stress reaction to hypoxia in ACTH cells.

• 目的:观察Wistar大鼠急速进入不同海拔高度的腺垂体促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)细胞的形态结构变化,为探讨ACTH细胞在机体对低氧应激反应中的作用提供形态学依据。
