Objective:To assess the central effect of electro-acupuncture(EA)on DIO rat and explore if EA up-regulate the expression of CART peptide in the arcuate nucleus(ARC)of the DIO rats.

• 目的:观察电针对食源性肥胖大鼠的中枢性作用中,能否上调其弓状核内CART的表达。方法:对DIO大鼠进行电针刺激,3次/周,共4周。
