Objective:To investigate the concentration of serum HGF and the expression of HGF in kidney of type 2 diabetic rat model in different stages,and to study the effect in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy (DN).

• 目的：观察2型糖尿病大鼠模型不同阶段血清HGF水平、肾脏局部HGF的表达，探讨其在糖尿病肾病发病中的作用。
