Objectives: To investigate CD154 expression in transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) of bladder and its correlation with tumor stage and tumor grade,and further to explore its effects on tumorigenesis by in vitro and in vivo experiments.

• 目的:研究CD154在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)中的表达及其与肿瘤临床分期和病理分级之间的关系,并通过体外细胞培养以及小鼠膀胱肿瘤模型研究CD154的表达对膀胱TCC成瘤性的影响。
