On interface between CHe system and MicroStation, expound firstly DGN design file data formats, point out deficiency and difficulty in a way of direct data interface between CHe system and MicroStation, and then design an ASCII middle file.

• 在与MicroStation平台接口时，首先详细的分析了DGN设计文件的组织结构，提出了直接实现测绘e系统与MSV8接口的困难与不足之处，通过设计一种中间文件格式，结合某测绘院提供的数据实现了测绘e系统与MicroStation的接口。
