On the basis of epidemiological observations and laboratory researches, in this study we examined the possible chemopreventive mechanism of GTC on DMBA-induced breast cancer in rats and the perspective on clinical application.

• 本文在以往研究的基础上，观察了化学致癌物DMBA诱发大鼠乳腺癌过程中，GTC对大鼠生化、免疫、抗氧化系统、肿瘤相关基因表达以及细胞凋亡等方面的影响，旨在探讨GTC在肿瘤化学预防方面作用的可能机理及应用前景。
