On the west side occur large Mengying type of diamond deposit,large Changle type sapphire deposit and there also occur the Yinan gold deposit and the Huoshan amethyst deposit.

• 西侧产有大型的蒙阴型金刚石矿，大型昌乐型蓝宝石矿，也有沂南金矿床和大别山区麻城霍山紫水晶矿的分布。
