Other 40 cases were cured.Postoperative complications were found in 12 cases.Among them, cervico,pharyngeal anastamotic fistula was in 3 cases.

• 术中发生并发症12例,其中颈咽吻合瘘3例,气胸、液气胸3例,肺部感染4例,腹部伤口感染2例,经非手治疗均治愈。
