Party A need to assit and cooperate the supervision work of party B, and create good condition and provide convience for party B in researching, planning and managing for the above projects.

• 甲方需协助、配合乙方的监管工作，并为乙方对上述项目的开发、策划、管理等工作创造有利条件，并提供方便。
