Purpose: To investigate the MRI manifestations of cerebral gliomas involving corpus callosum, and to improve the ability of di agnosis and differential diagnosis.

• 目的：探讨胼胝体区胶质瘤的MRI表现，提高对该类肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断能力。材料与方法：对34例胼胝体区胶质瘤行MRI平扫及增强扫描，并与病理结果对照。
