RESULTS:Lack of clarity in duties and rights of clinical pharmacists,undefined criteria for evaluation of their works were among the main causes of their professional risks.

• 结果:我国临床药师的执业风险主要源自临床药师权利与义务的不明确性,及工作内容、评估标准的不确定性。结论:应从管理者、执行者两方面控制执业风险。
