RNA was extracted from vaccine strains of Food and mouth virus(FMDV) of FMDV/O/NMxw/10/99 and FMDV/O/NMzg/7/99 that were propagatet by neonate rats. The 3ABC and 3D-3,UTR gene fragments were amplified by RT-PCR method.

• 本试验从口蹄疫病毒疫苗株FMDV/O/NMxw/10/99和FMDV/O/NMzg/7/99乳鼠传代毒中提取病毒RNA,采用RT-PCR法分段扩增口蹄疫病毒的3ABC和3D-3,UTR基因片段,然后进行克隆和测序。
