Radioimmunoassay was used to detect endothelin-1 in plasma,heart,liver,lung and kidney of normal and Pulmonary Hypertension(PH)broilers aged 2,3,4,5,6 weeks. The AHI and mPAP of 3 to 6 weeks were measured as well.
