Results Of the 24 cases with fracture and/or dislocation of the lower cervical vertebrae,6 cases had atlantal fracture,3 cases had atlantoaxial dislocation and 3 cases had the axoid fracture.

• 结果本组36例,低位颈椎骨折并(或)脱位24例,寰椎骨折6例,寰枢椎脱位3例,枢椎骨折3例。结论伤情复杂、检查手段不完善、体检不仔细是颈椎损伤漏诊的常见原因。
