Results Straight cutaneous perforator:In 3 lateral thoracic flaps,the cutaneous branches of subcapular artery and thoracodorsal artery were revealed in colour flow mode,they runned through the deep fascia and paralleled the subcutaneous tissue.

• 结果直接皮血管型:侧胸皮瓣3例,超声检出轴心动脉源于肩胛下动脉和胸背动脉,浅出深筋膜,平行皮肤走行。
