Selective amplification primer combination patterns EcoRI+2/Msel+3 , EcoRI+3/MseI+3 were both suitable to polymorphism analysis of peach genome. The result showed that the AFLP system was can be used for the genome of peach.

• 籽预扩增产物稀释20倍用作选择性扩增的模板，选用EcoRI+2/MseI+3、EcoRI+3/MseI+3所组成的128对引物组合进行扩增，扩增条带清晰、多态性高，适合桃基因组分析。
