The 0% toxic concentration (TC_0) to YT and ACV in Vero cells were respectively evaluated and the 50% toxic concentration (TC_(50)) were calculated by Reed - Muench method, respectively.

• 以不出现细胞变暗、变圆、融合形成空斑、脱落等病变的药物最小稀释倍数为最大无毒浓度(TC_0)，并按Reed-Muench法分别算出待检药物及阳性对照药物ACV的半数中毒浓度(TC_(50))。
