The Guarantors obligation under this Guaranty shall continue in full force and effect until Sellers Obligations are fully paid, performed and discharged and Buyer gives the Guarantor written notice of that fact.

• 本担保书项下的担保人义务应当持续保持完整的效力，直至卖方的债务已被充分支付、履行和完成，并且买方已就这一事实向担保人发出了书面通知。
