• 非T细胞DR~+细胞百分数及IL-2水平较对照组明显减低; T细胞DR~+细胞百分数较对照明显增高,提示ITP患者具有T细胞识别功能障碍,可能与非T细胞DR抗原表达,IL-2水平降低有关。
