The breakthrough adsorption capacity of the resin was 39.42 mg/g dry resin at a feeding concentration of 9 mg/mL and a flow rate of 1.8-2.0 BV/h. 2.5 BV of 70%(volume fraction) ethanol could completely elute the polyphenols adsorbed on the column.
