The changes of [Ca~(2+)]i and CaM mRNA expression were detected by fluorometric method and RT-PCR. The result showed that ATO induced MDCC-MSB1 apoptosis by the increase of [Ca~(2+)]i and disequilibrium of calcium homeostasis.
