The clinical data of 12 cases were analyzed,among 8 c ases were squamous cell carcinoma in early stage,3 cases were sporadic laryngeal papilloma and 1 was vocal cord polyp.

• 本文对12例单侧局限性声带肿瘤病人的临床资料进行了分析，其中早期声带鳞癌8例，单发性喉乳头状瘤3例，巨大声带息肉1例。
