The epileptogenic foci found by CEEG in non-functional cortexes were resected and functional cortexes were thermo-coagulated after resection of intracranial disease.

• 术中行CEEG监测，先切除病变再行CEEG监测，如仍有棘慢波则提示仍存在痫灶，对非功能区则予以切除，对功能区则用低功率电灼该处皮层，直至棘波和慢波消失。
