The expressioin of HBcAg and CP10 in carcinoma/ bile duct and liver tissues from those cases was detected by immuohistochemical ABC method, and the expression of HBsAg was detected by PAP method.

• 方法:采用免疫组化ABC法检测组织中乙型肝炎病毒X抗原(HBxAg)。 结果:25例胆管癌组织中HBxAg阳性率高达70.；8%25(17/24)，经犷检验后不仅与对照组(良性胆管组织)的阳性率ro
