The eyes were examined by indirect ophthalmoscopy, electroretinogram(EOG) and light microscope at the time of 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th day after operation.

• 术后1、3、5、7、14、21、28天应用间接眼底镜观察，视网膜电图（EOG）监测，并在每一观察点每组随机选一只眼摘除做光镜检查，28天后摘除眼一半做电镜检查，另一半做光镜检查。
