The following results were obtained:Improved CTAB can isolate both satisfied RNA and DNA at same time from all the issues of Chinese jujube.

• 改良CTAB法在幼叶、幼嫩枝皮组织中均可得到高质量的RNA和完整的DNA,可以同时满足DNA和RNA的实验。
