The main obejective is to construct an efficiently expressive prokaryotic clone of the second immunodominant epitopes in HTV-1 gp41, detect its products and evaluate it in testing the anti-HTV-1 antibody.

• 本课题构建了HIV-1 SF2株跨膜蛋白gp41第二优势表位簇基因的原核高效表达克隆，初步检验该融合蛋白抗原性，探讨将其作为侯选多肽用于制备诊断试剂、检测HIV-1抗体的可能性； 并探讨提高原核表达的途径。
