The patients presented with anterior hypospadias without chordee were treated respectively by meatal advancement and glanuloplasty (MAGPI) or by Mathieu flip-flap and onlay island flap.

• 手术后发生阴茎腹侧皮瓣坏死的有一例，其伤口经自然愈合后并没有形成尿道皮肤瘘管。有一例尿道口狭窄而接受尿道口切开术。
