The potential genotoxicity of two chemical disinfectants on bion was detected with micronucleus test of vicia faba root tips cells. The results were compared with those effects on mice bone marrow cells.

• 本文用蚕豆根尖细胞微粒技术测定两种化学消毒剂对生物体的潜在遗传毒性,并用小鼠骨髓细胞微核作对比,两种方法测定的结果有一致的剂量效应关系,提示在处理病情施用消毒药物时,应考虑减少对环境的污染。
