The preliminary result showed that the period of nireogen nitration fluorescence diagnosis was mult-pod to begin grain filling,the time was about 16 Pm,the position was top mature leaves.

• 初步结果表明,春大豆的氮素荧光诊断的时期为盛荚期至鼓粒始期;诊断时间为16点左右;诊断部位为上部成熟叶片。
