The present paper is to investigate the mechanism of serotonergic(5-HT) system and dopaminergic(DA) system in brain of liver-qi sthenic symptom complex of premenstrual syndrome(PMS) with the rat model on the basis of the prevenient research.

• 本文旨在前期研究基础上,探索PMS肝气逆证大鼠模型中枢内5-羟色胺(5-HT)系统、多巴胺(DA)系统在PMS肝气逆证中的作用机制,为PMS肝气逆证病因学发展提供系统性研究资料,弥补目前研究局限于单一指标、单一层次之不足,丰富中医肝主疏泄理论,并为研制PMS肝气逆证多靶点治疗药物提供理论依据。
