The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of intravenous tetrandrine (Tet) on the outcome of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.

• 采用麻醉大鼠左冠状动脉前降支结扎及结扎5min后再开放,造成心肌缺血和缺血/再灌流损伤的模型,观察了粉防己碱(Tet)对心肌缺血及再灌流所诱发的心律失常的作用。
