The result of blood type specificity determination with ether elution method reported in this paper showed that in the series of 50 cases of AIHA, 7 cases had relative specificity including anti-D (1 case), anti-E(2 cases) and anti-e (4 cases).

• 本组50例AIHA患者自身抗体经血型抗原特异性鉴定(乙醚冼脱法),发现7例具有相对特异性,其中抗D1例,抗E2例,抗e4例。
