The result showed that nitrobenzene could induce oxidative stress,and lead to the apoptosis of testis cell in male mice,and antioxidase played a great role in testis cell apoptosis of the male mice.

• 结果表明，硝基苯中毒能够诱使睾丸发生氧化应激，进而导致睾丸细胞发生凋亡，抗氧化酶在睾丸细胞凋亡中具有一定的作用。
