The results are listed as following:1) The top surface layers of CRIC and 316L SS sample were remelted under the irradiation of HCPEB. Crater-like morphology was formed on the treated surfaces.

• 1)冷轧工业纯铜及316L不锈钢处理样品表面均发生重熔现象,处理面上形成类似火山坑的显微形貌。
