The results indicate:1) After 28 weeks resting, the cardiac muscle cells of the rats in aerobic training group have the normal construction, and there is no distinct difference between them and the sedentary group.

• 经过不同强度训练的大鼠完全停止运动28周后,有氧训练组大鼠心肌细胞结构基本正常,与安静对照组大鼠心肌细胞结构相比较没有明显差异; 疲劳训练组大鼠部分心肌细胞轻度肿胀,肌原纤维结构松散,部分线粒体肥大、肿胀,心肌间的胶原纤维明显增生,部分胶原纤维插入心肌细胞内,替代了终未分化的心肌细胞,心脏出现纤维化。
