The results of the water-surrounding rubbing wear experiments on the ZrO2 ceramics with various molding press indicate that the compact with a molding press of 150 MPa possesses a low wear rate and a favorable abrasive wear resistance.

• 对不同成型压力条件下的ZrO_2 陶瓷进行了水环境下的摩擦磨损试验,结果表明本试验条件下ZrO_2 陶瓷磨损机理为沙粒冲击形成的裂纹经扩展形成凹坑,使试样受到磨损,150MPa 压力下ZrO_2 陶瓷具有较低的磨损率,抗摩擦磨损能力好。
