The results showed that both mycelia and fructification of Boletus edulis containmany kinds of nutritive components,including crude protein,amino acid,crude fat,crude cellulose,mineral elementsand polysaccharide.

• 结果表明,美味牛肝菌液体培养菌丝体和野生子实体均含有蛋白质、多糖、氨基酸、脂肪、纤维、矿物质等多种营养成分,其组成基本一致,但菌丝体在多种成分的质量分数上均高于野生子实体。
