The results showed that the base of lamina and 5-8 mm length of blade was easy to differentiate bulb. The suitable differentiation medium was MS+BA1. 0 mg/L+NAA 0. 2 mg/L and MS + NAA 0. 2 mg/L was fit for rooting.
