The results showed that the best medium for seed germination was MS+1.0 mg/L6-BA +2% sucrose,the MSmediumcombined with 0.10 mg/L6-BA and 0.02 mg/L NAA was suitable for shoot multiplication,and the multiplicationrate was about 5~6 times.
