The results showed that with the increase of heat treatment temperature,both the carbon content and tensile modulus of carbon fibers were enhanced,however the linear density decreased.

• 试验结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,炭纤维线密度下降,微晶层间距缩小,碳含量、微晶尺寸和拉伸模量得以提高。
