The results showed that: phenol contents have interrelation with browning.The phenol content in callus is higher than that of their shoot and this is the reason why callus is easy browing.

• 结果表明：酚类物质的含量与组织培养过程中外植体的褐变有一定的正相关性，愈伤组织酚类物质含量普遍高于相应的组培苗叶片，酚类物质是促使愈伤组织易于褐变的主要原因之一。
