The slighter the pathological changes of CSOM,the more the hearing improve.The better effects was in tympanoplasty of simple type.

• 结论：对不同类型的CSOM应采用不同术式的鼓室成形术，病变愈单纯，术后听力改善愈佳，能适应较简单手术者，效果较佳。
