The technolog y of producing polypeptide in hydrolyzing CGM by protease is studied. In this experiment,the optimum technolog y conditions are defined with the indexes Deg ree of Hydrolysis(DH%)and Yield of Acid Soluble Peptides (YASP%).

• 对酶法水解玉米黄粉蛋白制备多肽的工艺进行了研究试验以水解度DH%25和酸溶性肽得率YASP%25为指标确定了最佳酶解工艺条件。
