There are some shortages as follow in the present study on aesthetic morpheme of ancient calligraphy and painting literatures:1) The visual angle of research is insular and quiescent;2) The method is not scientific and short of objectivity.

• 目前对古代书画审美范畴“气”的研究在整体上存在如下不足:研究的视角是孤立的而非联系的,是静止的而非动态的;研究的方法处于“前科学”状态,凭直观经验进行随文阐释,缺乏必要的现代语言学理论与方法的指导,对“气”的解读往往偏离了特定时代人类审美认知发展的客观性。
