This is the first time to report the use of PCR and Nested-PCR to detection the HLB agents in the Wampee, Jiulixiang and Jiubingle.

• 3、本论文首次报道应用PCR和Nested-PCR技术检测黄皮、九里香、酒饼簕黄龙病病原，发现Nested-PCR的检测灵敏度明显高于常规PCR，建议在检测病原浓度比较低的样品时，采用Nested-PCR技术，这样可以避免检测中假阴性的出现。
