This paper analyses the model of multi-users and after analyzing conventional CDMA receiver we educe SIC algorithm and simulate SIC algorithm in MATLAB.

• 本文从分析多用户模型入手，在分析几个传统的CDMA接收机后引出串行干扰消除算法（SIC），并利用MATLAB编程对SIC算法进行仿真。
