This patient complained of right-sided hearing impairment with persistent otorrhea and ear pain.There was no local recurrence 6 months after complete local excision of the mass.

• 病患主诉右耳听障合并持续耳漏及疼痛，在接受手术切除此右外耳道肿瘤后，病患症状改善，术后追踪情况良好。
