Treated with anti microtubule drugs(amiprophos methyl APM), the effect of microtubules disassembly on the ultrastructure cold stability of cucumber young leaf cells was investigated by transmission electron microscope.

• 为了解微管骨架在维持植物抗寒力中的作用机理 ,本文采用透射电镜技术 ,以微管解聚剂APM(amiprophos methyl,甲基氨草磷 )喷洒黄瓜幼苗 ,继之低温处理 ,从超微结构水平上研究了微管解聚对黄瓜幼叶细胞超微结构冷稳定性的影响。
