Vitamin C(ascorbic acid) was oxidated to DHAA by Cu~(2+),then DHAA reacted with benzoic acid in buffer solution to form a fluorescent product,and the solution of cetyltrimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide can enhance the sensitivity of the method.
